Tiltrotator TR025 for Excavators

The small TR025 enables a tilt range of 2 x 30° with 360° continuous rotation, which greatly increases the flexibility and efficiency of all attachments for your mini excavator. A high swivel and holding torque, as well as a high-flow rotary feedthrough, characterize the device.

The TR025 tiltrotator is characterized by its slim design without protruding cylinders and its low weight. The rotational movement is generated by a low-maintenance worm drive that runs entirely in an oil bath. This means there are hardly any lubrication points. The hose transfer points are directly on the tilt cylinders. There are no protruding components.

On the excavator side, the TR025 is always directly attached, ideally adapted to the carrier machine. Various options and quick coupling systems – mechanical and hydraulic – are available for connecting to the attachment. You can choose from the L-Lock, S-Lock, D-Lock, Martin, and Verachtert quick coupling systems, or you can choose the flange option.

Manual work in hazardous areas is minimized. Efficient operation saves fuel and labor costs and reduces required working time. This minimizes tool wear. Thanks to the compact design, the risk of damage is kept to a minimum.

Various control systems are available for the TR025 (DF4, DF6, DF8, etc.), always ideally adapted to your carrier and your needs.
