Since two years from the acquisition of a majority stake in Trevi Benne S.p.A., Kinshofer Group and Mr. Luca Vaccaro announced today that Kinshofer Group has acquired the remaining stock of Trevi Benne’s share capital and is now the owner of 100% of the company. Kinshofer Group and Mr. Vaccaro, former CEO of Trevi Benne, friendly settled the end of their cooperation, wishing each other a prosperous and rewarding future.
