Position: Assembler/Paint Prep Position

Position Summary: We are a leading manufacturer of heavy equipment attachments, committed to delivering exceptional products and outstanding customer support. Our focus is on helping our customers maintain uptime and operational efficiency. We are seeking for an Assembler/Paint Prep in our US location in Sanborn, NY, USA.

Job Type: Full-time, hours 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep assembled parts for painting ( sanding/masking/plugging)
• Assemble units from stock pieces
• Stamp serial numbers
• Coordinate serial stickers
• Cut small shipping blocks screw to units
• Drill holes and insert pins. Hammer pads into place. Secure bumpers using power tools
• Unmask and finish units for shipment ( sticker, log, band etc.)

Qualifications:

• Sanding / Masking
• Use of mallets, wrenches, hand tools
• Unmasking / touch up
• Small power tool use (drill/impact wrench)
• Sticker Application
• Masking Removal
• Banding
• Use of pallet jack / use of overhead crane
• Finish inspection
• High school diploma
• 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
