Concrete Crusher for Excavator

… for excavators with up to 15t / 33000 lbs operating weight are extremely productive and strong. 
Able to crush concrete and cut through steel reinforcements, the DRC crushers can be used for both, primary and secondary demolition and are most appropriate for interior demolition jobs. They crush concrete of up to 600 Mm / 23.62 in thickness and cut steel reinforcements of up to 28 mm / 1.10 in diameter. 

The crushers feature replaceable breaker tips and reinforcement cutting blades made of of high tensile steel HB 500. 
The crushing force is independent of the excavator‘s hydraulic pressure by means of a hydraulic booster.

All crushers are equipped with a pivot bearing for a 360° rotation. DRC420 and DRC700 are also available with a 360° rotation and as steel shears as an option.

Additional breaking teeth for thinner walls are optionally available.

DRC260D for excavators with 1.2t operating weight to cut 16 mm / 0.63 in reinforcements and 260 mm / 10.24 in concrete.
DRC340 for excavators with 1.5 to 2.7t operating weight to cut 28 mm / 1.10 in reinforcements and 340 mm / 13.39 in concrete.
DRC420 for excavators with 2.5 to 4.8t operating weight to cut 28 mm / 1.10 in reinforcements and 400 mm / 15.75 in concrete, optionally with rotation and/or as steel shear version.
DRC520 for excavators with 4.2 to 9t operating weight to cut 28 mm / 1.10 in reinforcements and 540 mm / 21.26 in concrete.
DRC700 for excavators with 7 to 15t operating weight to cut 28 mm / 1.10 in reinforcements and 600 mm / 23.62 in concrete, optionally with rotation and/or as steel shear version.
