An HPXdrive grab is especially worthwhile when a low-maintenance solution with constant, synchronized shell movement is required. Since the system operates without hydraulic cylinders and can achieve up to 50% longer service life, it is a strong alternative to conventional cylinder grabs.

For loose materials such as sand, gravel, or crushed stone, bulk material grabs are the right solution. They are specifically designed for this material handling and enable high throughput and clean unloading due to their shell geometry and cutting edges.

For this purpose, barrier lifters are particularly suitable. They work with gripping jaws made of diamond hard steel, have a visual force indicator, and automatically clamp the load via tension kinematics, which enables safe and efficient handling.

In this case, clamshell buckets with horizontal or vertical cylinders are suitable, as they are available in standard, heavy-duty, or reinforced versions. This allows selection depending on material, frequency of use, and load requirements.

A brick stack grapple grips palletized and non-palletized building materials from the side and is specifically designed for this type of handling. A pallet fork, on the other hand, picks up loads via tines and is more flexible for brick or block packs, wire mesh boxes, and other general cargo.

A model with standing cylinder is more suitable when high digging performance and high resistance are required for heavy applications. Closely spaced shell pivot points, a protected cylinder in the lifting frame, and piston rod protection in the heavy-duty version support use under high loads.
