Quick Coupler System L-Lock for Excavator

HYDRAULIC LOCKING SYSTEM

The hydraulic quick coupler enables an efficient and safe mounting of the attachments without manual work at the coupler itself. The conical locking pins take care of a force-fit and playfree connection.

ROBUST IRON CAST BODY
The excavator specific suspension is welded onto the robust iron cast body. Afterwards all contact surfaces are mechanically machined. A load hook is optionally available.

SAVE LOCKING MECHANISM

KHS01-L to KHS03-L:

Mechanical locking via spring force; hydraulic unlocking via single-acting hydraulic cylinder.

KHS03HD-L to KHS25-L:Hydraulic locking / unlocking via double-acting hydraulic cylinder with check valve.

SENSOR CONTROL

Besides the serially included locking pin, the Sensor Control is optionally available. Two sensors identify the correct position of the quick coupler in the adapter and the correct locking of the pins. The KHS Control operating unit visualizes the respective states and manages the locking and unlocking.

The hydraulic L-Lock quick coupler is also available as a Plus-version including a new indicator pin (up to KHS08L) or Sensor Control (from KHS10L) and additional drop stop claws.

MECHANICAL LOCKING SYSTEM

An automatic spring-locking system makes the picking up of the attachment easier. The locking und unlocking of the quick coupler is realized by turning a socket wrench. The conical locking pins take care of a force-fit and playfree connection.
